This plug & play energy storage solution has 2 important features for remote sites: easy installation and transportation. Plug & Play Battery The solution is designed to accommodate up to 6 battery pack modules in a standard 19 inches shelf (parallel and/or series configurable). To install the battery modules, increase the capacity afterwards or even replace a module, it is fully plug & play, safe (48Vdc) and light (8.2 kg). No BMS is required (CCCV charging method). 1000 surges, every day! These Ni-MH battery cells are designed to withstand a thousand of surges per day for more than 10 years (more than 3 million surges during its lifetime). This solution is ideal for short backup of a few minutes, to substitute a flywheel and to absorb a large amount of inrush currents of any type of loads. The high temperature stability offered by Ni-MH technology saves costs, space and weight for multiple applications. Safe Battery This Ni-MH sealed battery is composed of aqueous electrolyte. It’s therefore not flammable, explosive, corrosive or toxic, no restrictions for transport by air, road, rail or sea. No specific authorization or training for your technicians and UL1973 compliant. New Range Of Cost-Effective Panel Mount AC-DC Power Supplies

Helios Power Solutions is introducing the LCS series of regulated output, convection cooled DC power supplies that are well-suited to budget-conscious applications. The four new series (LCS35, LCS50, LCS75 and LCS100) offer power levels of 35W, 50W, 75W and 100W, respectively and feature class B conducted and radiated emissions for easy & low cost system integration along with an integrated connector cover to enhance safety once installed. Universal Input Voltage The input voltage range is 85 to 264VAC facilitating global use in a wide range of ITE and industrial applications; these include auxiliary power sources, security installations, lighting control, smart home or office control systems, ticketing, and vending. DC Output Voltage Options The LCS35 is available in four models with nominal outputs of 5V, 12V, 15V, and 24V. Additionally, the LCS50, LCS75, and LCS100 offer models with nominal outputs of 36V and 48V. To accommodate non-standard system voltages, all models are user adjustable by ±10%. Standard Features Standard features of the LCS series include a power ‘ON’ LED, low standby power consumption of 0.3W, output short-circuit protection, and over-current and over-temperature protection. Optional Features As an option, conformally coated versions are available. Operating Temperature Offered with a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C with full rated power to +50°C, the LCS series delivers up to 60% power at +70°C. Isolation Input to output isolation is 4,000VAC, input to ground isolation is 2,000VAC and the output to ground isolation is 1,250VAC. Earth leakage current is a maximum of 0.75mA. Helios Power Solutions is thrilled to announce the availability from Stock of three new series of DIN Rail Mount AC-DC Power Supplies offering compact, low profile & low-cost DIN rail solutions for industrial electronics & control and building management applications.The three new series (DRC30, DRC60 and DRC100) provide power levels of 30W, 60W and 100W in an easy to integrate, lightweight package. Not only do the competitively priced units offer a cost-saving when compared to alternative power solutions, but the low-profile case also allows DRC series power supplies to be positioned alongside circuit breakers within consumer unit boxes. Universal Input Voltage All models have a universal input range of 85-240VAC with derating below 100VAC or 120VDC to 370VDC with derating below 140VDC. DC Output Voltage Options The 30W DRC30 and 60W DRC60 have a choice of five DC outputs: 5V, 12V, 15 V, 24V, and 48V. The 100W DRC100 has a choice of four DC outputs: 12V, 15V, 24V, and 48V. The New range of HAE150U and HAE200U DC/DC Power Converters are suitable for the harsh mechanical and electrical environment of traction vehicles and rolling stock applications. It has an ultra-wide input voltage range from 16V to 160V and covers all the input power systems of railway applications which are 24V, 28V, 36V, 48V, 72V, 96V, 110VDC. Ultra-wide input voltage converters usage has risen lately, due to the increase of onboard electronic systems such as video surveillance, access and ticketing machines, passenger device-charging USB ports, infotainment, information systems and telemetry. According to EN50155 standard (defines the supply requirements for electronic equipment in rail applications), equipment powered directly from batteries with no voltage stabilizing device must function properly with input voltages that range from 0.7VN to 1.25VN during normal operation. The equipment must also withstand input voltage drops of 0.6(VN) for 100 ms and overvoltage surges of 1.4VN for one second that may occur during startup. The HAE150U & HAE200U Series with its input voltage range from 16V -160V or 12VDC in transient operation meets stringent railway sector performance standards. Up to 93% high efficiency means a reduced requirement for cooling, and their remote on/off facility enables simple, reduced power consumption in the off condition. Plus, it reduces the capacitance of hold-up capacitors by applying the enhanced hold-up function to meet the requirements of supply interruption and change-over.
