Conflict Minerals Statement

Helios Power Solutions is committed to the responsible sourcing of minerals used in the products we supply. We support global efforts to ensure that tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold (3TG) and other minerals are not associated with human rights abuses or armed conflict.

We conduct ongoing due diligence in line with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and use the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) templates (CMRT/EMRT) to assess our supply chain. We work with our suppliers to improve transparency and to source from smelters that participate in the RMI audit program.
