NSR500U Series – DC UPS / Battery Charger – 500W, 12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc

The NSR500U Series is a compact and rugged DC UPS / battery charger platform engineered to provide uninterrupted DC power for critical industrial and communications infrastructure. Delivering up to 500W of continuous output power, the NSR500U ensures seamless no-break transfer between mains power and battery backup during AC supply interruptions.

Available in 12Vdc, 24Vdc and 48Vdc variants, the NSR500U combines intelligent battery charging, programmable Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD), electronic battery circuit protection and battery condition testing into a single integrated platform. Separate battery and load connections improve charging efficiency and minimise voltage drop under dynamic load conditions.

All models include standard RS-485 MODBUS RTU communications for integration into SCADA and industrial monitoring systems. Ethernet/SNMP-optioned models add web-based monitoring and remote configuration capabilities, providing real-time visibility of charger, battery and alarm status.

The NSR500U is designed for harsh operating environments with wide AC input tolerance, rugged mechanical construction, programmable charging control and triple-fan cooling for improved thermal reliability. Output connection options include either M8 stud terminals or Phoenix terminal connectors.
