NSR500F Series – Battery Charger / Power Supply – 500W, 12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc

The NSR500F Series is a rugged industrial-grade battery charger and DC power supply platform engineered to provide stable DC power and intelligent battery charging for mission-critical systems. Delivering up to 500W of continuous output power, the NSR500F supports both precision regulated DC supply operation and advanced battery charging functionality.

Available in 12Vdc, 24Vdc and 48Vdc variants, the NSR500F combines programmable temperature-compensated charging, battery integrity monitoring and configurable output voltage control into a highly reliable industrial platform. Unlike UPS variants, the NSR500F is optimised for charger and DC supply applications without integrated no-break battery transfer functionality.

All models include standard RS-485 MODBUS RTU communications for integration into SCADA and industrial monitoring systems. Ethernet/SNMP-optioned models add web-based monitoring and remote configuration capabilities, providing full visibility of charger status, alarms and operating parameters.

The NSR500F features wide-range AC input, rugged mechanical construction and dual-fan cooling for dependable operation in industrial and utility environments. Models are available with either M8 stud outputs or Phoenix terminal connections to suit a wide range of installation requirements.
