Description

The Helios NSR750F48 is a rugged, high-performance 750W battery charger and DC power supply designed for precision charging and reliable power delivery in industrial, communications, and infrastructure environments. Built for 48V battery systems, the NSR750F operates in either charger mode (when a battery is connected) or power supply mode (when no battery is present), delivering regulated DC output with minimal ripple and high conversion efficiency.

Ideal for use in substation automation, remote telemetry, security systems, and critical control equipment, the NSR750F includes programmable charging parameters, temperature-compensated float voltage, and continuous battery health monitoring. It features a wide input voltage range (90–264VAC) and operates at up to 90% efficiency, reducing thermal stress and energy consumption.

Each unit includes RS-485 (Modbus RTU) communication as standard, with optional Ethernet/SNMP for web-based monitoring, remote configuration, and SNMP traps. The integrated interface allows engineers to configure charge limits, voltage thresholds, alarms, and log operational data—all without physical access to the unit.

Built to endure harsh conditions, the NSR750F is equipped with triple-fan cooling, robust electrical isolation, and selectable M8 stud or Phoenix terminal outputs. With built-in protection features including electronic circuit breaker (ECB), low voltage disconnect, overload shutdown, and detailed LED fault codes, this unit provides both safety and long-term reliability.
