Helios Power Solutions is thrilled to announce the new range of Wall and Floor Mountable DC Power Systems OPUS HE OC0864 and OPUS HE WMC.
Opus HE Wall Power Systems are ideal solutions for modernization projects, where old Thyristor Chargers (SCR – Silicon Controlled Rectifiers) are replaced with modern modular high-efficiency technology. Wall mountable chargers have a smaller footprint in electrical rooms and enable the installation to fit in a smaller space than older systems.
Both systems are designed to be compact, light, easy to install, modular with a low degree of maintenance. Convection cooled modular and hot-swappable rectifiers (24V – 220VDC Output voltage) are the core component of each DC system which is controlled by the smart VIDI + I/O Controller.
Main applications are critical infrastructure systems such as transmission and distribution substations, process industries and railway signaling. Robust and reliable fan-free design and modular architecture ensure the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) across the 15-20 year expected life span of backup power systems.
